Lovely little gem! We had no trouble finding it, easy walk from the Termini train station. We received a friendly welcome on arrival. As it was still morning, we were able to leave our luggage and enjoy exploring Rome until dinner time. Upon return, we were happily surprised that our luggage was already in our assigned room waiting for us. Our room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and quiet. We could hear a bit of the reception area during daytime as tile does echo, but nothing during the quiet hours when you’d be resting. Wi-fi worked great. Breakfast room was so quaint and lovely variety of fresh items to get your day started. All of the staff were very friendly and treated you like family. We were amazed how quick and easy it was to have a taxi arranged, by the time we got down to the front door it was already there. The area surrounding the hotel is well lit in the evening, lots of restaurants & shops nearby. Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Hotel Cortina!

The only positives I have for this accomodation is that the people who work there are very pleasant and helpful and it's clean. We stayed in room 1, which is right next to reception and also over the top of an Irish pub.. The noise was so loud from the pub that we felt like we were in the pub.. It went on until 1.30am all of our 4 nights stay.. We could also hear everything that went on in reception.... The shower in the bath was ridiculous... The bath was so tiny you could hardly turn around... I would not advise for anyone to stay in this hotel if you have a desire to sleep...

This was a lovely hotel with great staff. The beds were a little bit uncomfortable for me (I felt like I had springs in my back), but bearable. The room was surprisingly quiet for facing a pretty busy street, if the window was closed you could really not hear much. Staff was there 24/7 for recommendations/help. It can be a little tricky to find, we were offered a car from the airport to our hotel, which was amazing, our driver was great and helped us into the hotel. This is not particularly close to any main landmarks (10-15 min walk), which did not bother us, but some may prefer to stay closer to landmarks. Overall a great experience, and I would stay here again.

Booked a double room for single occupancy and paid extra for this through Love Holidays. Arrived this afternoon and put in a tiny cupboard with a single bed. Reception were rude and Love Holidays are dreadful with absolutely no help. They know how much I paid and that this was obviously a booking for a double room. I would give zero stars if possible and couldn’t even get a refund to go to another hotel. Lesson here is don’t stay at this hotel and don’t book through Love Holidays!

Arrived mid-Sunday morning straight from the airport and were welcomed like family. Our rooms were not ready but the staff took care of our luggage and check in efficiently. Our main selection point for Hotel Cortina was proximity to Rome's Station but the location proved ideal for our 3 days in Rome. Most attractions / site were walkable for us but public transport is right outside the door. Breakfasts were fresh and the staff were always friendly and willing to assist.
